Traveling to Rome

Day 6

It took us 6 hours to drive to Rome...

{I ended up trying to play catch up with my journal}

{We made a stop in a little city but I forgot what it was called...}

When we got to our hotel in Rome we had to carry our luggage up a HUGE hill that the buss couldn't drive up! Then there was NO elevator so we had to carry our stuff up the stairs! But it was definately nice to be out of the bus!

And the hotel we stayed at was right across the way from the Pope's summer house where he stayes a couple weeks out of the year!
