Vatican & Florence

Day 8

June 22nd, 2009

Our first stop was Vatican since we weren't able to go the day before. But that ment we had to be up and ready way flippin early to get to go!

After Vatican, which I didn't think was all that great, we headed towards Florence...

{I was trying to get a pic of the butt loads of sunflowers...}

We got to Florence late and didn't make it on time to see the leather factory =/ and then we had a guided tour of Florence. But we stayed by the statues for the most part

{I never heard the name of this building becuase me, Katie & Megan went to go get food and then Megan wanted a leather jacket so we left early so we had time to get it...}

After we got Megan's jacket we walked back to the hotel for dinner. This was by far my favorite hotel!! It was the first one that had an elevator & we got really yummy food! But we only stayed there one night :'(
